General description:

Model HV1/140 LP is a one cylinder, double acting, two stage water cooled compressor.

The compressor is mounted together with an electric motor on a well stiffened foundation with a flexible coupling between the flywheel and drive flange.

Bearings are pressure lubricated by an oil pump gear driven by the crankshaft.

Two coolers are fitted in the compressor cylinder block. The first serves to cool the air after first stage compression, the second provides cooling after second stage compression.
The cooling water intake and outlet are located so that the water circulates through the cylinder block and ensures efficient cooling of the air and cylinder walls.
